SEAFOOD GUARANTEE

We provide the freshest Australian wild caught seafood direct to your door. All our products our sourced from our own catcher vessels of which all are Queensland Safe Food Accredited. Our product is processed in our export approved premises governed by the department of Agriculture.

FRESH DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered fresh to your door on the delivery date specified. All orders are packed in heavy styrofoam boxes which keeps the cold in with frozen gel packs or ice, this maintains a cool temperature and guarantees the seafood maintains its freshness. Our delivery vans are refrigerated to maintain temperature in transit.

All order are shipped - Signature released - no signature required. This means if no one is there to receive the order, the driver will leave the order at the door. This signifies acceptance of the order (the same as a signature). Please complete the delivery instructions to leave your order in a nominated area eg: “at the front door” “around the back- under carport”

ALL CLAIMS OR PRODUCT ISSUES MUST BE CALLED IN TO 1300 PRIMEFISH (1300 774 633) or EMAILED TO US AT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER…

Our Delivery area is currently throughout the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads with the following postcodes. Between 4209-4230 and 2485-2486. More areas coming soon.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

On checkout, please make sure you always complete the ‘delivery instructions’ field so that our drivers know what to do if you are not home, or if you are home, how to easily identify where you live eg. on the corner of…., big pink fence, red car out the front, in front of a street light… etc etc. This instruction box makes for easier, quicker delivery and increases the efficiency of our service.

RETURNS POLICY

If the product you received is not as described or something is missing from your order please contact us within 24 Hours and we will credit/refund/substitute the product. We strive for excellence in customer service so we encourage and appreciate all feedback.

PRICES

Our prices are calculated based on weight. If you order a portion that is 200g for $12. You will receive a portion that is as close as possible to 200g. This may vary by up to 10% (eg 180g to 220g). We will weigh your order and only charge you the exact amount based on the weight. We will always endeavor to provide your product as close as possible to the ordered weight.You will be emailed an order estimate when you place your order and once your order is weighed and packed you will receive an email with your final invoice and total amount charged.

All our prices are in Australian Dollars. GST will be stated where applicable.

PLACING ORDERS

Orders must be placed by 5pm prior to delivery date. Product availability and available delivery dates will be listed for each product and will change when we know our boats will be unloading. This allows us to give you the freshest product.

UPDATING ORDERS

To add, delete, or edit your order after you’ve checked out, you will need to call Prime Fish Direct on 1300 PRIMEFISH (1300 774 633).

RECEIVING ORDERS

All orders are delivered by our friendly drivers. 

Please remember to complete the delivery instructions at the checkout so your delivery driver will know if you have any special instructions and exactly where you want your order delivered - whether it be right into your kitchen or outside your front door if you want the privacy.

Our drivers are our messengers, not just our delivery people and work very hard to deliver your order on time. Please feel free to briefly tell them anything about the service that may assist us. If you think a driver is courteous (or not), please let us know via email  - It would really be appreciated!

Subject to the terms and conditions, we will supply to you the products indicated on your Order.

INSURANCE

Your products are insured against loss while in transit to you.

If you receive the product in a damaged condition, you have the right to refuse acceptance. Once goods are received and accepted, no claims for damaged goods will be accepted as damaged by Prime Fish Direct.
